"Dave Welsh of Blackfin Landscapes is AMAZING. The last item on my to do list after rebuilding our home for 10 months, (thanks to Hurricane Helene) was my landscape. Sadly, the salt water was not kind to all of my backyard vegetation. Our yard is small but had beautiful tropical foliage to hide our neighbor's homes for privacy.
